Have you ever had one of those days where you just couldn't get it together? I mean, like really couldn't get it together? You did jumping jacks, drank two cups of coffee, and contemplated eating a king size snickers bar... and I mean this is all before noon! Okay, maybe 11 a.m.! Well, sometimes we all have those days, but what's beneath it. Is our body telling us that we are tired and need a good night's rest, is our body telling us it is in overload and needs to slow down completely, maybe our immune system is down and we are coming down with the "grubbies!" Oh, the grubbies? Those are the little grubby germs that are on the hands, door handles, or airborne floating mechanisms that may get us feeling not so good. I call them grubbies! Kind of a funny term, and you're more than welcome to use the term too!
Whatever the case may be, it's so important to listen to our bodies and determine what we need to do to get our energy back to a "normal" for us level. Have you every noticed that it can sometimes jump from person to person? (Not literally) Someone may say... "gee, I sure am tired," and before you know it, you're like man me too! LOL... well, let's do something about it and get to listening to our bodies and making moves to get our energy levels back to where they need to be. Cut out on those king size candy bars... and throw a few chuckles of laughter in the mix of your day. Laughter tends to help me give a swift boost of energy to my system, and it usually makes other people laugh too. (Well, that's if I'm around other people). LOL!!!
